I just can’t help myself. While listening to the radio, a new song I hadn’t heard came on and I immediately began tapping my foot to the upbeat and catchy tune. Now every time I hear it I want to jump up and start dancing. Even better than the blood-pumping music, Building 429 lyrics are relevant and encouraging.
Sometimes the world starts breaking me down
I get so lost I think I’ll never be found
And there are moments of fear and doubt

If you are in the midst of a trial that you don’t understand, take your eyes off the circumstances and focus them on the One who is all you need. Turn on some music, get up and dance, and above all PRESS ON.
